So who can use the PracticeBooster® Consultation and its results?

  1. The PracticeBooster® Report is used by a consultant or CPA to identify strengths and specific weaknesses of the target practice. It is a unique roadmap of change to dramatically affect the doctor’s bottom line (identifies “money left on the table”) while improving patient care. It can also be used in the future Data Trendssm mode (with two or three data sampling periods) to present a “before and after” picture.
  2. The Report is used by a buyer’s representative to dissect a seller’s practice. It is a tool to show a buyer the potential of the practice and identifies the exact clinical treatment intensities of the current clinical providers. It identifies the possibilities of a new procedure mix for the buying doctor and current hygienist providers.
    Does the practice have potential? Does the current procedure mix match the buyer’s skill set? Where is the hygiene department inefficient, and money-wise, by how much? In a nutshell, “where are the bodies buried?” A buyer is an IDIOT to spend $400,000-$500,000 or more on a practice without buyer representation including the PracticeBooster Consultation and Report.
  3. The Report is used by a lender to screen a “dog” or high risk purchase for a buyer. For instance, a setup for failure is where a seller is generating a huge amount of dentistry on a small hygiene base of patients with a low new patient flow. The CPA or Financial Planner can share the Report results with the dental client and establish new clinical treatment intensity goals for the coming year while optimizing Doctor Busyness..
  6. The Report is used as an adjunct to the due diligence process by a dental practice appraiser.
  7. It can be used for research projects, as now percentile data is available for over 50 Monitors.

  9. The Report can be used to evaluate a new Associate’s Clinical Treatment Intensity and service mix or their past work history, if available. The Report shows “where they are headed, or not headed”
